・Sakura school is an important place which old people can communicate with children.
・People who graduated from Sakura school will be very sad if Sakura school is closed.
・Momizi school is far from Sakura school, so it is hard to go to Momizi school for children of Sakura school.

・Sakura school became very old, and it is dangerous for children.

・There are few children at Sakura school. If  two school is merged, children will get many new friends.

The outcome of the discussion
They decided to merge two school. Students of Sakura school are going to go Momizi school by school bus. But they decided to leave the schoolhouse. And they are going to hold annual events at Sakura school.

My opinion:
I thought it was not clear how they treat teachers of Sakura school. They should decide that more clearly.

How effective I thought the discussion was and how it could have been better.
I thought they should show importance of the merger more. I couldn't understand  importance of the merger.
