Now, I'm interested in clothes of 19century, so I tried to read this book.This story is about history of underwear. Olden underwears and their material are very interesting and unique. For example, to give shape to skirts, women used peticoat under their dress. They were made of metal, and they looks like bell, drum, and cone.When women rustked down the street, ppeticoat made annoying sound! And I was very surprised that even men got on corsets.I had tough that only women got on corsets. History of clothes is very interesting.
